SUPAJAX

Supajax is a progressive video poker game that links individual users to other online casinos worldwide. This high tech gaming feature is made possible via the services of Microgaming, a popular online gaming company. The premise of Supajax is a 52 card deck that builds on the original Jacks or Better video poker game.

A SupaJax card is utilized to provide gamers with bonus credit options. This card does not act as a wild card and is only valid in a Progressive Four Jacks win setting. When the Supajax card is present with four jacks, the player wins the progressive jackpot amount. Pay table amounts follow the traditional Jacks or better pay outs. The card values for payout are as follows: jacks or better, straight, flush, full house, three of a kind, four of a kind, straight flush, royal flush and the Supajax progressive plus four jacks. All players begin the game by making a deposit into an online account.

The technology system totals the deposit amounts to determine the starting amount for the progressive jackpot. This initial amount is displayed in the right hand corner of the gaming screen as play begins. As additional players join the game and make a deposit, the jackpot amount increases. Once the jackpot is won, the cycle starts over again with all players making new deposits.

Supajax is a progressive game. As such, coin value remains at $1 throughout the game. In order to have a chance at winning the jackpot, a player must maintain a bet of 5 coins, or $5, for each hand. When the Supajax card plus four jacks is dealt, the player wins the jackpot if and only if the maximum amount of credits is played. In the event a player receives that hand and is only playing four or less credits, the jackpot win is forfeited.

The option to double a bet amount is also available. This is typically displayed via a “double” button on the gaming screen. When a player elects this option, the bet amount is automatically doubled. For example, making a bet of $10 and then hitting the “double” button would increase the total bet to $20.

In the event one coin is bet and two pairs are drawn, the winning amount credited to the player would be 2 coins. A three coin bet placed with four of a Kind drawn would award the player 75 credits. Although this is an attractive option, it is advisable to play a few regular hands of the game first before taking advantage of the “double” option.

Supajax is a progressive video game that maintains a break even point of $53,000. This is expected point at which the game becomes even and the jackpot amount begins to build. Any jackpot amount over that amount is considered to be positive. In the even the jackpot falls below that amount, it becomes a negative jackpot. The payable jackpot amount to players begins at $5,000. As more players join a game, the jackpot grows from there.

In order to be successful at a game of Supajax, the player must maintain the maximum credit amount of 5 credits with each hand. Anything less than that credit amount will not warrant the jackpot amount being awarded. This is only true for the case of wining the progressive jackpot.

Prize amounts will still be awarded for other credits less than 5 for other deals such as a straight or four of a kind. Keep in mind that the progressive jackpot is won with the Supajax card in addition to the four jacks in a regular 52 card deck. There is only one Supajax card per game being played.
